General term and conditions

  • BY SIGNING UP FOR  ACCESSING ANY OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS OFFERED BY IDEST company YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT this terms and condition is intended to ensure that you know your rights and obligations when using the service. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. It is a condition of your use of the service that you comply with these terms and conditions. From time to time, we may make amendments to the terms and conditions. Clients may not be notified of changes.

Registration

It is your responsibility to provide accurate, current, and complete information on the registration forms, including an email address that is different from the domain you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, we will use the primary email address we have on file. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your account, including any domain accounts is accurate, correct and complete at all times. We are not responsible for any lapse in the Services, including without limitation, any lapsed domain registrations due to outdated contact information being associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change your contact information, please contact our sales team via email or update your contact information through the our billing and support system. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. For dedicated server purchases or in certain other cases, you may be required to provide government issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for verification purposes. Failure to provide the information requested may result in your order being denied.
You agree to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account.

Third party website

The Services may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us (“Third Party Sites”), as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, sound, video, information, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third Party Content”). We are not responsible for any Third Party Sites or Third Party Content accessed through the Services. Third Party Sites and Third Party Content are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us. If you decide to access Third Party Sites or to access or use any Third Party Content, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that our terms and policies no longer govern. You should review the applicable third party’s terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices of any website to which you navigate.

DATA BACKUP

It is your responsibility to maintain local copies of your web content and information. The Service Provider performs weekly snapshots of all server data and daily incremental backup of all system and Client Data. However, we strongly recommend that all users keep their own recent copy of their sites for any unforeseen events. Backups are made for server restoration purposes only. In the event of equipment failure or data corruption, you should be prepared to re-upload your data to your account.

Fees and payments

Payment Due at Time of Order; Non-Refundable. You agree to pay all amounts due for Services at the time you order them. All amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise noted in the Refund Policy.
Price Changes. IDEST reserves the right to change its prices and fees at any time,. If you have purchased or obtained Services for a period of months or years, changes in prices and fees shall be effective when the Services in question come up for renewal as further described below.

We monitor all traffic to and from our web servers for indications of spamming and maintain a spam abuse complaint center to register allegations of spam abuse. Customers suspected to be using our products and services for the purpose of sending spam are fully investigated. If we determine there is a problem with spam, we will take the appropriate action to resolve the situation.

Refund policy

Hosting servers purchased from idestonline.com, may be refunded only if cancelled within the following timeframe:
Annual Plans+ – Within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
Monthly Plans*+ – Within7 days of the date of the transaction.
Other products such as reseller hosting ,vps ,dedicated servers and etc doesn’t have a refund options

Termination of Hosting Services

You acknowledge and agree that upon expiration or termination of your Hosting Services, you must discontinue use of the Hosting Services and relinquish use of the IP addresses and server names assigned to you in connection with Hosting Services, including pointing the domain name system (“DNS”) for your domain name(s) away from our servers. Prior to termination of the Hosting Services, you are responsible for moving your website or server content off our servers. We will not transfer or FTP your website or server content to another provider. If you fail to move your website or server content off our servers prior to cancellation, we will delete all such content and we will not be able to provide a copy of such content.

Free Products Credits.

Upon termination of the Hosting Services, all free products provided as part of the Hosting Services will be cancelled or revoked.

Storage Capacity

The total amount of usable storage capacity for your particular Hosting Service(s) may differ from the represented capacity, as there is required space for the operating system(s), system file(s), and other supporting file(s).

Abusive Activities and Other Threats

You acknowledge and agree that you may not use our servers and your website as a source, intermediary, reply to address, or destination address for mail bombs, Internet packet flooding, packet corruption, denial of service, or other abusive activities that threaten the stability of our network or will damage the systems of, or cause a disruption of internet services to, IDEST, our customers, or third-parties. Server hacking or other perpetration of security breaches is prohibited and we reserve the right to remove sites containing information about hacking or links to such information. Use of your website as an anonymous gateway is prohibited. We prohibit the use of software or scripts run on our servers that cause the server to load beyond a reasonable level, as determined by us. You agree that we reserve the right to remove your website temporarily or permanently from our servers if you are in violation of this Service Agreement and/or there are activities that threaten the stability of our network. You acknowledge and agree that all websites associated with your hosting account may be removed if one website is in violation of this Service Agreement. You further acknowledge and agree that IDEST reserves the right to scan your hosted account for malicious content (e.g., malware), and that, in the event any such content is discovered, it may be removed in IDEST’s discretion for security purposes.

Refund policy

Hosting servers purchased from idest.site, may be refunded only if cancelled within the following timeframe:
Annual Plans+ – Within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
Monthly Plans*+ – Within7 days of the date of the transaction.

Dedicated servers

IDEST reserves the right to reset the password on a dedicated server if the password on file is not current so that we may do security audits as required by our datacenter. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is a valid email address and current root password on file for your dedicated server to prevent downtime from forced password resets. IDEST reserves the right to audit servers as needed and to perform administrative actions at the request of our datacenter. Dedicated servers are NOT backed up by us. It is your responsibility to maintain backups. Dedicated servers that have invoices outstanding for more than ten (10) days may be subject to deletion which will result in the loss of all data on the server. IDEST will not be liable for any loss of data resulting from such deletion.
As a server administrator, You are solely responsible for securing the server against any unwanted attacks and manipulation by third parties.

VPS server

As a server administrator, You are responsible for securing the server against unwanted attacks and manipulation by third parties .
You alone are responsible for updating the operating systems and application software installed on the server at your own cost and risk.
You are responsible for installing reliable security software and keeping it updated to prevent hackers from abusing insufficiently secured or “open” networks.
You agree to configure your programs to automatically restart when the hardware or operating system restarts.

Domains

Domain Renewals

Domain renewals are billed and renewed thirty (30) days before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to notify IDEST’s
Billing department via a support ticket created from http://support.IDEST.com to cancel any domain registration at least thirty (30)
days prior to the renewal date. No refunds will be given once a domain is renewed. All domain registrations and renewals are final.

Domain Name Fees

If your plan includes a free domain name and you cancel within 1 year, our standard fee of $15.00 for the domain name (and any
applicable taxes) (the “Domain Name Fee”) will be deducted from your refund.

Reseller hosting

A. Resellers shall ensure that each of their clients complies with this Agreement.
B. Resellers are responsible for supporting their clients. IDEST does not provide support to clients of IDEST’s resellers. If a reseller’s client contacts IDEST, IDEST reserves the right to place a reseller client account on hold until the reseller can assume responsibility for the reseller’s client. All support requests must be made by the reseller on its client’s behalf for security purposes.
C. Resellers are also responsible for all content stored or transmitted under their reseller account and the actions of their clients. IDEST will hold any reseller responsible for any of their client’s actions that violate the law or this Agreement.
D. IDEST is not responsible for the acts or omissions of our resellers. The reseller hereby agrees to indemnify IDEST from and against any and all claims made by any User arising from the reseller’s acts or omissions.
E. IDEST reserves the right to revise our Reseller Program at any time. Changes shall take effect when posted online or on any subsequent date as may be set forth by IDEST.
F. Resellers in the IDEST Reseller Program assume all responsibility for billing and technical support for each of the Users signed up by the reseller.
